Get in the real spirit of St Patrick’s Day this year by testing yourself at the Grit Farm Fitness Trifectalon.
The first fitness challenge is a ruck (35# for women, 50# for men) up the side of a mountain. You are also able to complete this challenge light although it doesn’t count for points. Participants must bring an appropriate weight to carry and we will be measuring weights before the event using a scale.
The next challenge is a strength complex: 1 minute of pull-ups, sandbag squats, sit-ups, reverse sandbag lunges and finally, burpees. Everyone will be provided their own equipment and rigs will be spaced well beyond provincial guidelines and sanitized after use.
In the final 5k Obstacle Course Race event, everyone will set off at different times based on the points they accumulated in the previous events.
March 6th, 7th, 13th and 14th 2021 (we will be running waves based on provincial guidelines – so the first people on the list will be guaranteed a spot and anyone who registers after that cap will be waitlisted)
